1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using CareCanon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is intended for adults in the United States and is not designed for children.

2. No medical care or advice

CareCanon does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, monitor or create a clinician-patient relationship. Content may reproduce or organize prescribing information, but it is not personalized and must not be used to start, stop or change a medicine or dose. Always confirm the current label and consult a licensed prescriber and pharmacist.

Emergency: CareCanon is not an emergency service. In the United States, call 911 or seek immediate professional help.

3. Source records and limitations

We aim to preserve source identity, dates and limitations, but sources can change, contain errors or become unavailable. Transcription, calculation and software errors are possible. We do not promise that content is complete, current for every use, or appropriate for any person.

4. Provider and price information

Provider records and prices are informational evidence summaries, not rankings, endorsements or promises of eligibility. Starting prices may vary by dose, product, pharmacy, location, insurance and provider terms. Confirm the exact product, final price, renewal and cancellation terms directly before paying.

5. Affiliate links

Some links may compensate CareCanon if you take an action. A clear disclosure will appear near an active paid link. Compensation does not make a provider appropriate for you and does not alter dosing records or source evidence. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial reference and link to public pages. You may not interfere with security, scrape at a rate that degrades service, misrepresent CareCanon content, remove provenance, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the site unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

CareCanon’s original design, arrangement, code and editorial text are protected by applicable law. Source documents and third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Drug names are used descriptively; CareCanon is not affiliated with or endorsed by their manufacturers.

8. Third-party services

External sites are controlled by others. We do not control their medical services, availability, security, privacy, products or terms, and a link does not transfer responsibility for them to CareCanon.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareCanon is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareCanon and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions made from site content or third-party services. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid CareCanon in the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limits, so those limits apply only to the extent lawful.

11. Disputes and applicable law

Contact privacy@carecanon.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the law otherwise applicable to the dispute, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. A court with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

12. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
