The workflow is intentionally boring: identify the document, preserve it, transform only what is needed, validate the output and keep watching the source.

Match the brand, dosage form, manufacturer label and stable DailyMed set ID.

Store the source identity, publication date, retrieval time and relevant label sections.

Reproduce a published table or transcribe the manufacturer’s prose rule without adding a dose.

Check every displayed dose against the strengths named in the same source label.

Compare revision entries and mark a schedule under review when its source section changes.

Editorial boundary
What CareCanon will not do.
We do not diagnose, prescribe, publish invented reviewer bylines, make efficacy promises or tell a reader to change a dose. We do not hide an unresolved product, fee or source behind a confidence badge.
CareCanon is reference information only. Confirm medical decisions against the current prescribing information and a licensed prescriber or pharmacist.

Does CareCanon provide medical advice?
No. CareCanon is an independent reference product. It does not diagnose, prescribe or tell a reader to start, stop or change a dose.
Does a clinician review every CareCanon page?
No. CareCanon does not claim a medical-review process that it does not have. The source identity, transformation and automated validation checks are shown instead.
Can an advertiser change a dosing record?
No. Advertiser and affiliate-network copy is not accepted as medical evidence, and commercial configuration is stored separately from editorial records.
What happens when a label changes?
A dated change entry is preserved. If the revision touches the source section used by a transcribed rule, the schedule is marked for review rather than silently treated as current.
