Consumer health data covered

Depending on applicable law, requested pages or predefined interactions involving a medicine, dosing record, condition category, price record or provider may be treated as consumer health data or may permit a health-related inference. The Record Finder text remains in your browser and is not accepted by our analytics endpoint.

Sources

Limited data can arise from your browser’s request to CareCanon, your interaction with a predefined control, and security, delivery or cookie-free performance signals produced by Cloudflare. The performance beacon can process page path and referring-page information, which may reveal an interest in a health-related subject even without a name or persistent identifier. We do not purchase consumer health data from data brokers.

Purposes

• Provide the page or record you requested.
• Secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Debug failures and maintain reliability.
• When first-party measurement is approved and enabled, understand predefined navigation paths without collecting query text or a persistent identity.
• Attribute a provider visit only when you intentionally choose an external link.

Categories of consumer health data shared

CareCanon does not sell consumer health data and does not share it for targeted advertising. Two categories leave CareCanon at all:

• Technical request and performance data. The page path you requested, the referring page, and coarse device, browser, operating system and country signals. A page path can reveal an interest in a health-related subject even without a name attached to it.
• Outbound attribution codes. If you deliberately open a paid link, a short fixed CareCanon code travels with you. It carries no email address, referrer, search text, condition, dose or other health information.

Categories of third parties and specific affiliates

The categories above are shared only with the following:

• Hosting, security and performance providers. Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects the site and operates the cookie-free performance beacon described above. Cloudflare states that this beacon uses no client-side storage or fingerprinting and discards the source IP address from that service.
• Affiliate networks and the providers they represent. None is active as of the effective date shown above. When one becomes active it will be named here before the first paid link is published.

JoyoAI, LLC has no corporate affiliates that receive consumer health data from CareCanon. We do not share consumer health data with data brokers, advertising networks or analytics companies beyond those named here, and we will not add a category of data, a category of recipient or a purpose without updating this notice first.

Rights

Where applicable, you may request access to, deletion of, or withdrawal of consent for consumer health data, and may appeal a refusal. Email privacy@carecanon.com with “Consumer Health Data Request” in the subject. We will explain any denial and available appeal route.

No geofencing

CareCanon does not use a geofence around health-care facilities to identify, track, collect data from or send messages to consumers.

Changes

We will not materially expand the collection, use or sharing described here without updating this notice and obtaining consent when applicable law requires it.
