CareCanon may earn a commission from clearly identified provider links. Readers should be able to see that relationship before choosing the link, not discover it in fine print later.

No paid provider link is active as of the effective date shown above. Public evidence records can exist without an affiliate relationship.
How a paid link will be labeled
An active paid link will be accompanied by plain language explaining that CareCanon may earn a commission if the reader uses it. The disclosure will appear near the link or decision block, not only on this policy page. “Buy now” or “affiliate link” alone will not be treated as sufficient explanation.
What compensation cannot change
- FDA-label dosing records and source text.
- Price capture dates or required components.
- Unresolved, excluded or contradictory facts.
- Eligibility for publication as an evidence record.
- Whether a provider is appropriate for any individual.
Attribution and privacy
A paid redirect may pass a short CareCanon campaign identifier to the affiliate destination. It must not contain an email address, raw referrer, search text, condition, dose or other free-form health information. The destination applies its own privacy policy after you leave CareCanon.
No clinical endorsement
A commission is not a medical endorsement, quality guarantee, price guarantee or promise of eligibility. Confirm the final product, pharmacy, clinician, price and terms directly.
