The short answer: the public minimum we recorded was $654+ for an ongoing month. The provider’s first-month medication estimate does not describe later months.

Membership$155+Ongoing medication estimate$499+=Ongoing minimum$654+

The smallest number answers the wrong question.

A first-month medication price tells you one component at one point in time. It does not tell you what must be paid to remain in the program. In the captured Hone record, ongoing tirzepatide is estimated at $499, while membership is billed separately, so both belong in the comparison.

The first month is different: $65 initial testing, $155 for the first Premium membership month and the $349 first-month medication estimate produce a minimum of $569+.

What the calculation still does not resolve.

A complete arithmetic formula is not the same as a complete clinical or commercial answer. The public copy we reviewed did not clearly resolve whether the quoted pathway refers to a branded or compounded product, and the final dose-specific total can be higher.

That is why CareCanon keeps unknowns beside the price instead of converting them into a score.
