A polished final page is not enough. A trustworthy reference should also state what was wrong, what changed and which check now prevents recurrence.
Corrections are part of the product.
CareCanon transforms source documents into schedules, inventories and dated commercial records. Each transformation creates a place where a plausible-looking error can enter: the wrong table type, a strength from the wrong product block, a missing schedule route or a billing period described too loosely.
Hiding that work would make the interface look cleaner while making the record less inspectable. The corrections ledger keeps the before-state, repair and prevention control together.
Static pages were not carried into a fresh Worker version.
A table was classified by its existence instead of its meaning.
Strengths from a second brand could leak across a combined label.
Only the first valid schedule table was retained.
A 28-day renewal must not be described as a calendar month.
A mistake and a limitation are different.
A correction changes something CareCanon got wrong or omitted. A limitation records something the available evidence cannot resolve, such as a public verification lookup blocked by CAPTCHA. Limitations remain visible on the relevant record; they are not silently upgraded into facts.
The useful question is what changed afterward.
Each entry names a prevention control: a build gate, a live verifier or a deployment rule. Without that control, a correction is only a promise to be more careful next time.
