Answer first
Dose schedule
The source publishes the sequence in prose. CareCanon displays that rule as 4 inspectable rows.
| Period | Dosage | Phase |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1 through 30 | 3 mg | Starting dosage |
| Days 31 through 60 | 7 mg | Dose escalation |
| Day 61 and onward | 7 mg | Maintenance dosage |
| Day 61 and onward | 14 mg | Maintenance dosage |
The manufacturer does not publish a titration table for RYBELSUS. The label states the escalation as a rule, quoted below, and the schedule above is that rule set out as a table. No dose has been added, and every dose shown appears in the label’s own “Dosage Forms and Strengths” section.
“Day 1 to 30: Recommended starting dosage is 3 mg orally once daily for 30 days. Days 31 to 60: Increase the dosage to 7 mg orally once daily. On Day 61 or thereafter, if no additional glycemic control is needed, maintain the dosage at 7 mg orally once daily; if additional glycemic control is needed, increase the dosage to 14 mg orally once daily.”

Before using this record
Three useful distinctions
Is this a personal dosing recommendation?
No. It is a reference rendering of prescribing information. A licensed prescriber and pharmacist determine what applies to an individual.
Did the manufacturer publish this exact table?
No. The label states the schedule in prose; CareCanon keeps the source sentence beside the table it renders.
How can I tell whether the source changed?
Use the publication and mirror dates above, inspect the recent-change rows, and open the linked DailyMed record for the current complete document.
