# CareCanon: full citation context CareCanon is an independent US health-evidence product. Its first live collection converts primary prescription, provider and cost sources into inspectable records; the Journal also publishes bounded movement and healthy-aging guides from primary public-health sources. It does not replace source documents, provide diagnosis or treatment, or employ a fictional medical-review team. ## Editorial method Every dosing page identifies its source document and links to DailyMed. CareCanon marks whether a schedule was copied from a manufacturer-published table or transcribed from the manufacturer's stated escalation rule. Derived schedules are checked against marketed strengths and carry a staleness verdict. Advertiser and affiliate-network copy is not accepted as medical evidence. Both labels begin at 2.5 mg once weekly, state 5 mg after four weeks and permit later 2.5 mg increases only after at least four weeks on the current dose. CareCanon keeps the labels separate because indication, maintenance language, age scope and the condition attached to later increases differ. The comparison is not an automatic titration plan or personal dosing recommendation. ## Semaglutide molecule comparison CareCanon compares four presentation-specific paths from the current Wegovy, Ozempic and Rybelsus records at https://carecanon.com/dosage/semaglutide. The surface keeps Wegovy injection, Wegovy tablets, Ozempic injection and Rybelsus tablets separate. Weekly and daily schedules and their milligram values are not normalized or treated as equivalent; the page does not calculate switching or a personal dose. When citing the label-change dataset, preserve the brand, revision month, section and DailyMed source URL. A row identifies a document event rather than an interpretation of clinical importance. ## WEGOVY CareCanon tracks the WEGOVY (semaglutide) prescribing record for chronic weight management. The CareCanon record names the manufacturer, label publication date, DailyMed set ID, mirror date and original source URL. A plus sign means the final cost can be higher. Provider records are evidence summaries, not rankings, recommendations or clinical endorsements. The minimum estimated first month is $569+ and the minimum estimated ongoing month is $654+. Minimum first month: $65 initial testing + $155 Premium membership + $349 first-month tirzepatide estimate. Minimum ongoing month: $155 membership + $499 ongoing tirzepatide estimate. Hone says prices are estimates and excludes membership and initial testing from the medication figures. CareCanon records the medication type as unclear. Canonical page: https://carecanon.com/providers/hone-health ## Ro provider evidence record CareCanon captured this non-endorsing provider record on 2026-08-30. The minimum estimated first month is $338+ and the minimum estimated ongoing month is $448+. Minimum first month at the listed 2.5 mg starting dose: $39 introductory Body membership + $299 medication. Minimum later month at the same 2.5 mg dose on the month-to-month plan: $149 membership + $299 medication. Ro lists 5 mg at $399 and 7.5 mg through 15 mg at $449 with an offer, so dose escalation can raise the all-in month to at least $548 or $598. Eligibility, dose, refill timing and offer terms can change the total. CareCanon records the medication type as branded. Canonical page: https://carecanon.com/providers/ro ## Sesame provider evidence record CareCanon captured this non-endorsing provider record on 2026-08-30. The minimum estimated first month is $448+ and the minimum estimated ongoing month is $448+. Minimum disclosed 28-day cycle: $99 month-to-month Success program + $349 self-pay Wegovy injection = $448. The $99 program renews every 28 days, which can produce 13 charges in 364 days; this is not a calendar-month price. We excluded the $199 introductory medication offer because its published end date was June 30, 2026. Sesame says providers may set higher service prices, and lab fees can apply in listed states or outside the included Quest route. CareCanon records the medication type as branded. Canonical page: https://carecanon.com/providers/sesame ## CareCanon journal The journal publishes source-led data notes and reading guides across prescription records, cost, movement and healthy aging. Each article carries publication and update dates, primary sources and an internal route to the underlying record or verification method.
